I receive a fake part, everything was in perfect condition but is not authentic, it didn't come in genuige package. The power adapter is motorola.
The seller didn't mention that in the specifications.
I requeste a refund and received inmediatly without questions.

Haven't had any issues with this product. Great product. But where do I get replacement ear tips? ie the rubber part that fits in the ear.

The BlackBerry wireless headset is a great companion to my BlackBerry phone. The instruction pamplet that came with the unit could stand to provide more information on the different features and functions of the unit. Here are a few positives and negatives I have found.
Positive:
1. Very light weight
2. No moving parts to break
3. Charging Pocket is portable and provides great protection and storage
4. Encrypted communication between BlackBerry phone and wireless headset
5. Great price
Negative:
1. The Charging Pocket's pen clip has a rubber tip which makes it difficult to clip and unclip to anything other than a shirt pocket.
2. Sparse documentation.
3. Stiff buttons have you pushing the unit into your ear.
4. LED indicator is hard to see in sunlight
Wish List:
1. Would be nice to be able to start and terminate bluetooth connection by simply removing and inserting unit into its holster instead of having to turn it on and off.
2. Softer and more intuitive volume buttons.

This is a great item. You can put it on your pocket and only use it when you get a call. Not like the other bluetooth headset that you have to wear it all the time. It's very confortable. I will recommend it 100%

I thought that this was a great bluetooth for the money. I had purchased previous bluetooths at a cost of over $100.00 and the microphone went out, I didn't want to spend another $120.00 so I purchased this one. I did not find it difficult to push the buttons and most people can hear me and I hear them very well also. It serves the purpose without going into debt for this technology. I love being hands free with clarity.
