It's a great product. Light, good lookin. Holds a charge for a week. Love it.
Bluetooth April 19, 2010 Boobaby (Memphis, TN) Great bluetooth. Very comfortable on the left ear as well. I feel like I am getting an electrical shock from time to time but electricity is high in my body therefore I just remove it. Hearing is clear. Picks up very too well because whatever is going on in the background, the party that i am speaking with can here every detail.
Poor design for control January 27, 2010 M. Frawley (Amery, WI USA) 15 out of 16 found this review helpful
I am unhappy with this earpiece. It has re-dialed people several times a day by putting in in my pocket, but sometimes even when I have done nothing but pick it up! The whole surface of the thing is the 'button' with the control and it was way too sensitive. It has redialed my husband who is overseas right now several times, costing me roaming charges. If you read the manual, which is the first thing I did after having problems, it is no help. It says hold the button momentarily to turn on or off, and to hold for three secs or longer to redial and then it also does some other things. In trying to turn up the volume (buttons on the side,) I have also managed to bump the surface of the thing, which then causes it to hang up. In trying to turn off or on I have redialed. Sometimes the voice command (Say a command....) option comes up instead .. with no explanation of why this is happening to be found in the booklet.
The sound is good on the earpiece, which is why I gave it two stars.
But there is no clip or anyway to transport this besides putting it in your purse or pocket, and then it goes crazy with the redial thing. It might be fine if you keep it in your car and don't try to carry it around with you wherever you go. And I don't keep it hooked to my ear all the time.
Don't buy! December 14, 2009 P (San Diego, CA USA) 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
This is the worst headset I've ever owned. It has no on or off button. Seriously, no on or off button. You have to hold down the redial button to turn it off. If you don't hold it down long enough, it will redial the last person you talk to.
If you keep the headset in your pocket and you bump into it, it will redial the last person you talked to.
You're better off getting a headset that doesn't do butt dialing!
